Device Lens – App
An Android App that continuously monitors connection experience and network performance from the perspective of end-user devices like tablets or barcode scanners.
Network Lens – Probe
A specialised WiFi HW probe installed at the customer’s facilities. It continuously monitors wireless and fixed network performance by executing active and passive tests.
AI-Powered Analytics
Our AI analytics model is trained on millions of data-points rcollected from Device and Network Lenses. It does near real-time analysis of network performance data to quickly detect problems and recommend viable solutions.
DIagnostic Portal
Our Diagnostic Portal simplify the network and device diagnostics through a set of user-friendly dashboards, reports and diagrams. Its flexible design suits both large-scale networks and infrastructure with hundreds small networks.
